‘Arrows’, the band’s second record, is a concept album centring around the theme of the Cosmos. Inspired by the literary world of Isaac Asimov, the nine songs it contains each represent a glimpse into undiscovered worlds and a snapshot of life in imaginary places, but through the Sci-Fi lens of Asimov’s work it focuses on the real and relevant issues in society today – climate change, big data, AI; as well as the eternal human themes such as love, time and spirituality, which we can all relate to. The record is accompanied by the stunning set of analogue photos by Carlotta Cardana inspired by the original covers of Asimov’s books.
